♦ Presentation: Custom color flyers and property brochures
♦ Broker Open Houses: Schedule tour of your home among EBA participating real estate brokers, lenders and network vendor participants

♦ E-Key: Electric keybox access with daily monitoring for feedback on all showings

OFFER NEGOTIATIONS AND CLOSING
♦ Offer Review: Organize offers for seller review and qualify each potential buyer - communicated with lenders on buyer's cash positions and ability to close
♦ Negotiation: Keep in contact with each buyer's agent through the listing, manage inspection responses and bids for repair
♦ Contract Management: Ensure buyer is in compliance with all contract dates and terms
♦ Earnest Money: Confirm delivery and receipt of buyer's funds into escrow

**EBA Program Lender will credit Employee Seller .5% of the total loan amount to use toward Seller closing costs if the Buyer uses EBA Program Lender.
